ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2020

Hosts Australia, who have never won T20 cricket’s pinnacle event, will play the opening match of the Super 12 stage of the tournament on Saturday 24 October under lights at the SCG in a blockbuster match-up against the world’s top-ranked team, Pakistan. With just two teams progressing out of six in the group, Aaron Finch's men will need to get their campaign off on the right foot against the 2009 champions. Pakistan fans have fond memories of ICC events in Australia with Imran Khan lifting the World Cup trophy in 1992.

The match will also mark the first time Australia will have played in front of a home crowd at a T20 World Cup with the iconic SCG the perfect stage for a party to mark the celebration. Don't miss out on this once-in-a-generation opportunity to see Australia at a home World Cup!
